This makes the app extremely frustrating to use. Additionally, bill payments are not updated within 2–3 days, in many cases, it takes even longer to reflect in the system. Overall, the app provides a very poor customer experience. Timely updates and better stability are essential for a service like this, but currently, the application fails to meet basic user expectations. It needs significant improvement in performance, reliability, and payment processing. ### 3/5 — App not working from last more than 2 months *2025-09-19* App suddenly stopped working. When I open the app it shows an error message which says “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” With Go back button. I tried by removing and reinstalling the app but the same issue is still there. It should not take that long to fix an issue. ### 1/5 — Pathetic App *2025-08-05* I have never seen a poor app than IGL connect. It is nightmare to do anything on the app including self-billing. Every time money gets deducted during bill payment, but the app shows error and the customer support will ask you to wait for 3 working days to see any status. The App lags so much that you can take a nap in between. Extremely frustrating ### 3/5 — App should allow upload from photo gallery *2025-08-02* Under self-billing option, the ‘Upload Photo’ button starts the camera. It doesn’t have any option to access the photo gallery on iPhone and upload a photo. This should be allowed as one may take a photo earlier and then upload it rather than taking it when starting the self billing option. ### 2/5 — Not able to login *2025-06-21* After downloading the app and registering it asks for login thru password or thru otp. no. Choosing password option and feeding the password in the next page, the timer keeps circling for some minutes and thereafter it stays on the same password page. Same thing happens with otp option. After keying in the otp, it circles for long, but then again stays in the same page. ### 1/5 — Features do not work *2024-05-01* self billing does not work. Payment history and other details not available. even after payment it keeps on showing the bill due amount. the help sections shows that a ticket was opened but nothing happens. download invoice also does not work ### 1/5 — Worst app - never works *2023-11-16* This app is so pathetic that it doesn’t event let you login where as same credentials work on web application. When ever I try to login using password or otp it says incorrect password or invalid otp, respectively, all the time, no matter what you do. I have tried clearing app data, reinstalled app but none helped. This is just useless for me. ### 1/5 — Version 11.6.8 doesn’t work *2023-07-02* Cannot login, cannot perform any action. Contacted IGL but got no help. This version doesn’t work and should be rolled back. ### 1/5 — App doesn't work most of the time *2023-06-18* I have updated the app and the only screen its shows is celebrating 25 years. Im not able to login thru password or otp even. When I click on skip to dashboard it keeps loading and nothing happens. Today I tried to sign up even then also it got stuck.
