## What is IGlobalConsults?

**GlobalHealth Connect** brings free telehealth to underserved communities by connecting patients and local clinicians with volunteer specialists worldwide.

**For patients and families**  
Submit cases with chief complaint, history, and optional photos or documents. Get matched with a volunteer physician for a remote consultation. Use in-app video and messaging to share your concerns and receive guidance—all at no cost.

**For requesting doctors and nurses**  
Create and manage cases on behalf of patients, upload relevant files, and request specialist input. Coordinate consultations and keep everything in one place.

**For volunteer physicians**  
Review cases, set your availability, and conduct video consultations. Document notes, diagnosis, and follow-up so local teams can continue care.
