Joined my new club on Friday. Downloaded the app and paired it. Asks me to for 1.99 to use tee times etc but won’t actually let me go through this screen to pay. Been like this for nearly 48 hours! App is so bad you won’t let me give you money.

Riddled with bugs at the moment. Not calculating playing handicaps correctly, keeps saying ‘check network connection’ and also all of my matches have disappeared.

Since the latest update all my matches are missing and whenever I open the app it say check internet connection. I know there is no issue with my connection as my balance comes straight off.

Clearly not been tested using the typical golf member. 
Pairing does not work as described nor does the ‘help’ video run on my iPhone. 
Hence the many ignored complaints. If it was easier to establish it would indeed be very helpful.

I and most of my golfing buddies are unable to read the white writing in the lime green action tabs unless I click on them, but then it goes straight to the target page! Please change this colour to make it immediately readable. Many thanks.

Had the app for several weeks now, still can’t subscribe for access to all features. Rang support and I got was “can’t help you have to go through golf club” despite me saying lots of people having issues I doubt he followed up. Poor!!!!!

I’ve spent hours trying to get my new phone to work with this terrible app. Whoever built it should be ashamed, it’s that’s bad.

You cannot get the app to work with a new phone unless you have a Doctorate in working with terrible apps. 

If I had any option to use another app I would, but we cannot book tee times without it. 

Truly woeful.

The app has worked well until 20 Nov 2024 when inexplicably it stopped working on my iPhone. 
A delete and reload has resulted in a mostly working system but messaging is chaotic, with random symbols and strange hieroglyphic patterns appearing in place of words.
Presumably it will be fixed sometime, but until then it’s a 1-star product.

Been using this for a few years but there now seems to be a bug and matches do not show, even though I have just renewed the subscription.

I also get a strange message saying ‘Check your Network Connection’ even though it is fine. Other club members seem to have the issue

This app is very easy to put qualifying general play rounds in. They then load up to the EG platform by the morning. Where my new Handicap Index is waiting for me to use the next day. Thank you Ig.

Great development support too with in-App scoring and scorecard photo submissions to help clubs run qualifying comps as we emerge from Covid-19 restrictions.

I really like the IG app and it’s my go to place for booking etc. My only complaint is the messaging, the icon indicating a message is small and often missed, could it be made more obvious or linked to an email alert?

Despite users raising the issue of their not being an option to exit the screen, it has not been resolved. Most often this happens after taking … option to add competitions to Apple Calendar. Have to reboot IPhone 15 Pro each and every time.

Pretty useful app which I use a lot to enter comps and pay for stuff at my club. Just a bit random that it won’t allow me to top up my account through the app, I have to do it at the till instead.
