Me está ayudando a cumplir mis objetivos. Me gusta que tiene todo en una sola app, control de macros, ayuno, número de pasos, entrenamientos. Y que sincroniza hasta el sueño con el Oura ring!

I’ve used many lifting apps in the past, but this one is my favorite. It’s very easy to use, very user friendly, and the tracking features are a plus too.
