My medics recommended this app to me and it got me through this roll. It’ll be my go to for fire maps for now on. My only issue is when I press the “focus on me” icon it also zooms me in all the way. You can import Ops maps on top of topo base layers, view them in 3D and then use a ton of top layers like historical fires. They have a paid version that allows organizations to start an incident with a realtime ops map.
