The farthest I can get is to the login screen and then the app closes. It does this only on my android tablet however. The app works perfectly fine on my iPhone. I believe the Android is on a windows 8 processing system which is above the minimum needed. I just really wanted to be able to use the app because it seems like a great idea for students. Goes to where you touch the robot and the next screen says it’s loaded to 100% and nothing happens. Works on iPhone but I would prefer it to work on the iPad because that is my son’s device. I checked compatibility and it should work. There doesn’t seem to be a fix. Thanks for your time! ### 1/5 — Getting started *2020-10-06* Every time you click add child info it goes to the hatch website with the parent portal and it shows the child’s pic and profile and its correct so when I go back to click add child it sends me right back. When I log on to the website it directs me to, my child’s name is there so I don’t know what other information is needed. I checked for an update and there is no update at this time. I hope this can be fixed soon. It is very expensive for a school to purchase at a yearly price. It has been a little helpful to collect data, but it isn’t always accurate. Couldn’t even load the title screen without crashing. Submitted several tickets to the developer asking for help. No response. Deleted app and had no choice but to allow my 3 and 4 year old to use the app on my cracked-screen iPhone. Waited a week. It looks like there was an update. Reinstalled on iPad.
