They cut the credit union from like 10 people per location to 3 so phone times are 3-4 HOURS

Three passwords in two months. Call the CU and they let me back in. Try to log in a few hours later and they say wrong password and I am locked out again. Always locked out. Always changing passwords. No access to my checkbook.

I can only see four transactions from my checkbook. Can not view an entire month. WHY????

Worst CU. Very slow movement of money. Difficult to get a loan for anything. Remote check deposit takes up to three days for money to appear in account. Bill pay takes up to three weeks to release funds for large payment. Automatic with drawl bill pay takes three days. Mobile app not working most days. Frustrating!

### 3/5 — Add Mortgage Interest Payment Spot

I had on my other mortgage at a different institution the option to apply payment amounts in 2 sections, one for principle and one for interest. That allowed me to apply money to my principle everyday if I chose. I have not had my mortgage long but plan to refinance to the other bank for this option. I asked at the branch and was told it is not an option. I'm happy I found this section. Please let me know if it is something easy you can do. Thanks
