These sessions are great for anyone from a beginner level to advanced practitioner and the app offers all different types of breathing sessions to be used at any given point in the day.  My favorite is “Get Up and Go” which I do in bed as soon as I wake up and after the session I feel ready to take on the day. The sound quality is fantastic and the app is well executed. Thank you Jason and Pete!
