Jason and Peter are exceptional!
I have done numerous in person sessions with them which are spectacular as well.
The app is everything you can ask for…easy to use, diverse and loaded with exceptional content!

These sessions are great for anyone from a beginner level to advanced practitioner and the app offers all different types of breathing sessions to be used at any given point in the day.  My favorite is “Get Up and Go” which I do in bed as soon as I wake up and after the session I feel ready to take on the day. The sound quality is fantastic and the app is well executed. Thank you Jason and Pete!
