Restored swipe-to-delete on the Channels list for admins, moved the delete action inside each channel for desktop, and includes all previous push-notification, media preview, and mobile-layout improvements.

Push notifications: Admins now receive a push on every new channel message, ticket reply, and ticket status change. Regular members receive only for channels they're granted access to. Notifications tap through to the relevant channel/ticket.

Improvements: Smoother mobile chat layout (flush with bottom nav), 200ms drag-and-drop on boards, collapsible per-user channel lists with "Expand all / Collapse all" on the members admin page for faster access management on mobile.
