## What is iGo&Tell?

Your team members in Productions can use their mobile devices to request support when abnormalities are detected in Gemba. You can configure who receive the andon signal and measure the response time. Additionally, the system will escalate the problem automatically when support is not provided on time .

• Fixed the Reason screen getting stuck while creating an ANDON. If
  something fails, the app now tells you instead of freezing.
• Tapping Save more than once no longer creates duplicate ANDONs.
• You can see whether an ANDON was attended or left unresolved, in
  the list and in the history.
• Translation and color fixes.
