Just purchased an iGO Aspire Vendome and loaded the iGO Connect app onto my iPhone 15 running ios18. The app freezes as soon as it opens. I can’t do anything with the app.

Cannot connect my new ebike. The search signal is too short to pair up the bike.

I tried to connect my igo royal using a Samsung A20 Bluetooth but load up to about 40 % then freezes . The old version was finding the royal but the new version is showing ebike.?

@Buggy - I will wait for your next review before I update! For now mine is still fine but last time I updated it went a bit funky so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, it seemed to work after that. I have had my Bonaventure since June2020 and I have ridden over 1000km, I love it!

They finally got the main software issue fixed. There is still room for improvement but it’s decent now.
