If the product is damaged, no matter how many times you will contact you have to state the issue every single time. Even if you are promised for the re delivery of a damage product. They will not do that until and unless you will text them 100 times. I placed a Rakhi order well in advance from the UK to India for my brother. I specifically selected his birthday as the delivery date because I wanted the gift to arrive on that special day and make him happy. My brother even stayed at home the entire day, waiting for the delivery. Instead, at the end of the day, he received a message/call saying that the order could not be delivered due to some issue. Now it has been a week, and every single morning I have had to waste my time having pointless conversations with their customer support team. The same copy-paste responses are given repeatedly, but nobody actually resolves the problem. After all this frustration, today they finally agreed to provide me a refund — but only in their IGP wallet. This means that even if I no longer want to use their service after this terrible experience, I would apparently be forced to keep my money within their platform. Still, because my brother’s happiness matters more to me than anything else, I thought, fine, I’ll reorder the gift anyway. I was willing to give them another chance just for him. But after about an hour, they came back with another excuse. They told me that they had checked with their team and that they could no longer even provide the wallet refund. Instead, they would “try to deliver the order within 24–48 hours.” At this point, I genuinely don’t know what to say. One week. Multiple conversations. No proper resolution. No accountability. Just the same copy-paste replies every day. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of proper customer service. There is no accessible phone number for customers calling from abroad. My brother even tried calling from India, and the number was disconnected. This is not how a professional company should treat customers, especially when people are ordering gifts for important occasions and trusting you with something meaningful. I ordered this Rakhi with love and planned it around my brother’s birthday because I wanted to make him feel special. Instead, this company has turned what should have been a happy occasion into a week of frustration, stress, wasted time and disappointment. I have completely lost my trust in IGP. I will be sharing my experience across review platforms and social media so that other customers can make an informed decision before placing an order. Customers deserve transparency, proper communication, accountability and actual solutions — not endless copy-paste responses and excuses. IGP needs to seriously improve its customer service and delivery operations. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable and, in my opinion, one of the worst online gifting experiences I have ever had. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS’ TRUST FOR GRANTED.😡😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Fraudulent app, pathetic support - Do NOT use this app! *2026-08-11* I feel completely cheated by IGP. I ordered a cake for a special occasion on August 7 at 4:43 PM. The app showed a rider was assigned and estimated 1 hour and 5 minutes for delivery. Fast forward five hours later, the cake never arrived, and the app was miraculously still stuck on "1 hour 5 mins." The worst part is the app design itself—there is no cancellation button. Once they take your money, you are completely trapped. I reached out to their WhatsApp support and got zero response. I’ve sent emails that have been ignored for over 24 hours. They completely ruined a special day, kept my money, and now refuse to process a refund or even acknowledge the issue. This was my first and absolutely last time using IGP. Zero accountability, zero customer care. I ordered a birthday cake well in advance on 3 August for delivery on 5 August between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. I trusted IGP because birthdays are time-sensitive occasions, and I expected them to deliver as promised. Instead, I spent hours waiting for the cake, checking for updates, and hoping it would arrive. It never did. A birthday comes only once a year. A cake is not just another product—it is the center of the celebration. Because of IGP’s failure to deliver on time, my birthday celebration was completely spoiled. My family and I kept waiting instead of celebrating, and what should have been a happy day turned into hours of disappointment, frustration, and stress. The most upsetting part was the lack of communication. If you know you cannot deliver within the promised time slot, the least you can do is inform your customer. Leaving someone waiting on their birthday without any proper update is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. IGP accepted my payment, promised a delivery window, and failed to fulfill that promise. When customers pay for a scheduled birthday delivery, they are paying not only for the cake but also for reliability. Missing the delivery window defeats the entire purpose of ordering a birthday cake in advance. I am deeply disappointed with the service and would not recommend IGP for any important occasion. The order was never delivered and after complaining they offered to give a IGP wallet credit. I wanted the refund to my original payment method which is my bank account.
