Open the app to a blank white screen.

The app tells me to update. I choose update and update it and it takes me back to the app that then tells me to update. Around and around in circles…

When I open the old app. It gives me notification there is a new update available and asks me to update. When I click the update now button. It just takes me back to the old app.

Literally what is the point of having a banking app that doesn’t ever work??? They’re always having technical difficulties and the login never works. You can put your correct password over and over and it’ll say it’s wrong and they couldn’t verify your info so you can’t login. I used to love IH but now I can’t wait to go elsewhere.

It won’t let me open the app   This is crazy I have so many issues with this bank and seems only one person knows everything and that person is out or busy   No cross training

This is a great update to an already user friendly app. No issues at all in seeing my transactions, getting copies of checks, etc.

When you open the app to check on your accounts it will not show your transactions. Not worth having if you cant see any transactions at all. I went to my local branch and they said they had several complaints but no one knows how to fix it!
