## What is IH Payroll?

IH Payroll brings your organisation's HR and payroll operations to your phone. Mark attendance, apply for leave, check your payslips, and clear approvals without a single email or paper form.

FOR EMPLOYEES

Smart Attendance
Punch in and out with selfie verification and GPS location, so your attendance is recorded accurately from wherever you work. View your shift, grace period, and daily hours before you clock in.

Leave and Permissions
Apply for leave in seconds, check your available balance, and follow the approval status in real time.

Payslips
Open and download your pay stubs for any period, right from your phone.

Loans and Claims
Raise loan requests and expense claims, and track them through to settlement.

Documents and Policies
Access your company policies, forms, and personal documents whenever you need them.

Approvals
Review and action the requests waiting on you, without opening a laptop.

Support and Chat
Raise a ticket or message your HR team directly inside the app.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS

Dashboard
Headcount, attendance, and payroll figures at a glance.

Payroll
Run and review payroll cycles for your organisation.

Employee Management
Onboard new staff, maintain profiles, and keep records current.

Reports
Generate and export the HR and payroll reports your team relies on.

Settings
Configure work locations, sub-organisations, shifts, and role-based permissions.

BUILT FOR TEAMS OF EVERY SIZE

IH Payroll supports multiple sub-organisations and work locations under one account, with timezone-aware attendance and role-based access so every user sees only what applies to their role. Real-time updates keep your menu, notifications, and approvals in sync across devices.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Your payroll data stays scoped to your organisation. Camera and location are used only for attendance verification at the moment you punch in, and only with your permission.

GETTING STARTED

IH Payroll requires an account provided by your employer. If you don't have login credentials yet, contact your HR administrator.
