Several items were returned with significant pink discoloration that was not present when the garments were collected. The affected items include multiple white and light-colored pieces, and the damage appears consistent with color transfer during cleaning or processing. Based on the replacement cost of the damaged items, the value of the clothing ruined exceeds $300. I have photographs documenting the damage. In addition to the damaged clothing, the delivery experience was unacceptable. The order was not delivered to my apartment door, and I received no notification that it had arrived. Instead, it was left unattended in the building lobby where it could have easily been lost or stolen. I trusted ihateironing with these garments because I expected professional care and handling. Instead, I received damaged clothing and a delivery process that fell well below reasonable expectations. I am requesting: • A full refund for the service • Compensation for the damaged clothing (replacement value exceeds $300) • An explanation of how this occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again I have photographs of the damaged garments and can provide any additional information required to process this claim.
