Several items were returned with significant pink discoloration that was not present when the garments were collected. The affected items include multiple white and light-colored pieces, and the damage appears consistent with color transfer during cleaning or processing. Based on the replacement cost of the damaged items, the value of the clothing ruined exceeds $300. I have photographs documenting the damage. In addition to the damaged clothing, the delivery experience was unacceptable. The order was not delivered to my apartment door, and I received no notification that it had arrived. Instead, it was left unattended in the building lobby where it could have easily been lost or stolen. I trusted ihateironing with these garments because I expected professional care and handling. Instead, I received damaged clothing and a delivery process that fell well below reasonable expectations. I am requesting: • A full refund for the service • Compensation for the damaged clothing (replacement value exceeds $300) • An explanation of how this occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again I have photographs of the damaged garments and can provide any additional information required to process this claim. They didn’t do their job well, instead they even made it worse! All my white clothes with red stains that weren’t even there when I gave those items. After giving the items back to them, they returned them a week after and didn’t change anything! Disgusting ### 1/5 — Do not use — clothes never delivered *2026-04-16, version 3.5.8* Picked up my clothes on time, then never returned them. Delayed 24 hours, missed delivery, no updates, and the tracker was wrong. Support offered a $10 credit instead of telling me where my clothes were. Do not use. ### 1/5 — Consistently damaged items and now missing over $1k in clothes *2026-03-03* I used to absolutely love this company/service and then it went downhill in my experience, particularly with expensive dry-clean-only items getting washed and damaged on multiple occasions. On the last occasion, I sent the clothes back for an “inspection” that they required before they would move forward with any sort of resolution. I was effectively ghosted; the clothes, worth over $1000 in total, are missing and I’ve sent over 5 unanswered messages checking in since November 2025. I had been a loyal customer until then (despite damage happening previously as well) and this time last year I would’ve sworn by this app, but now I would tell anyone to stay away. ### 1/5 — Stay away *2026-01-19, version 3.5.3* They lost my comforter, tried to deliver someone else’s items twice, then admitted it was lost. No compensation offered. Delicate items have also come back damaged (snags, pulls). Unreliable service — not to be trusted. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2025-10-23, version 3.5.2* False Advertising at its finest… I handed over a “ heavy bedspread “ as this was the service they were offering for £23. I get a text message saying due to material ( cotton) it being heavy and heavily marked ( no it wasn’t it was in the spare room and collected dust ) it was going to cost me £49 !!!!! I’m like that’s more than double the amount. When you try and talk to someone about this , there is no one around and don’t bother with their “chat” Facility as I’ve got screen shots that show they ignore you . I would stay clear of this company there are better ones out there who are HONEST about their prices. I thought being door to door this would be easier but I’ll be going back to my original dry cleaners who don’t charge an extortionate amount ### 1/5 — Ruined shirts, STAY FAR AWAY *2025-10-20, version 3.5.2* Do not use this service. The first time I sent a shirt in, it came back with a huge hole at the bottom. I let it go because it wasn’t visible when tucked in. On my fourth order, the same shirt returned with a hole on the right side of the chest. The company denied responsibility, sending me a so-called “quality check” video where it was impossible to confirm whether the hole existed beforehand. They did offer to repair it, which sounded reasonable — until I got the shirt back. The original bottom hole was fixed, but the chest hole was still there, and now there was an even bigger tear in the same area. This is a complete joke. Stay far away from this company — there are plenty of better, more reliable competitors out there who actually take responsibility for their mistakes. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2025-10-01, version 3.5.1* They TRIED TO ROB ME OF Over $5,000 worth of clothing because THEIR bank won’t accept payments from the US. I tried 3 different bank cards and they wouldn’t accept any of them. They had me to do a wire transfer and wait extra days to receive my clothing. They didn’t even want to do that option for me. They won’t accept cash. Do not use them! ### 1/5 — Annoying *2025-07-19, version 3.4.9* Keep trying to put my phone number in the sign up and it keeps telling me my number isn’t valid. ### 1/5 — Horrible Quality Service at a Premium Price *2025-07-17* Stay away. I sent a brand new suit to be dry cleaned, and it was ironed so badly that the lining was showing under the collar. The next time I sent it, I made a note for them to please pay close attention to that issue, and what I received had the exact same issue. Then they offered to redo the suit free of charge, and STILL they ironed it incorrectly. Now they don’t even respond.
