IHaus Support ist wie immer nicht erreichbar. ### 1/5 — Support kontaktieren wegen nicht möglicher Ameldung *2023-12-17, version 2.14.0* Ich kann noch nicht mal den Support über die von euch bereit gestellten Möglichkeiten erreichen. Kann mich nicht einloggen nach dem ich einen Account erstellt habe. Bitte um Rückmeldung! ### 3/5 — Idee gut. Design naja. Einrichtung verbesserungswürdig. *2023-02-19, version 2.13.0* Also generell fiunde ich die Idee einer solchen App gerade mit der Anbindung aller smarten Geräte UND KNX beswonders wertvoll, darum drei Sterne. Allerdings muss ich sagen und da spreche ich einfach mal als designorientierter Mensch, diese App verdient eine generelle Überarbeitung. Ich finde, bevor man eine App entwickelt, sollte man sich mit dem Klientel und dem Design der Geräte auseinadersetzen, die diese App nutzen und da muss ich sagen, das Design der App passt einfach nicht zur Technik, die diese App bedienen soll: Sonos, Hue, Kameras, Türstationen und und und. Die App in der Einrichtung wirkt etwas hackelig und die Oberfläche ist mit den drei Fenstern viel zu großformatig angelegt. Ein scrollen seitwärts, um auf andere Räume zu gelangen, finde ich sehr müßig. Zudem kann man Geräte, die man verschieben will, leider nur auf den drei zu sehenden Fenstern verschieben. Sechs oder neun Zimmer auf der Bildschirmfläche wären schon toll. Oder einfach nur die Auswahl, um dann auf die Zimmer und deren SmartenGeräte zu gelangen. Dh. evtl kleinere Icons für die jeweiligen Geräte in den Fenstern wäre ausreichend. Da muss man sich als Designer dioeser App doch nur an die Icons des iPads oder Widgets richten. Und solanghe das nicht gelöst ist und ansprechend wirkt, werde ich nichts einrichten, denn das Muss der erneuten Namensvergabe der einzelnen Lampen und Geräte, die schon in der Hue App benannt wurden und vom Homekit übernommen, lässt einen weiteren Stern fallen. Leider sind wir nun fast in der 5. Phase des IoT angelangt und da darf man, so leid es mir tut, einfach mehr erwarten. Bestimmt ist da viel Entwicklungsarbeit drin und viele Stunden der Verhandlungen mit KNX, Hue und Co, aber nach 5 Jahren darf eine App nicht mehr nach einer Idee aussehen, sondern aus den Kinderschuhen der Entwicklungsphase rausgewachsen und nur noch nach Erweiterungen streben. Leider muss ich sagen, dass es im AppStore einige dieser Fälle gibt. Und zu allem Übel auch andersrum. Gutes Design und Idee, aber schlechte Umsetzung. Ich habe Hoffnung. Alles Gute. Idee und Fortbestand 1 Stern Smarthome und KNX 1 Stern Entwicklungsarbeit 1 Stern Design 0 Sterne Einrichtung 0 Sterne ### 2/5 — Kein M-Login mehr -> gelöscht *2021-11-10, version 2.8.5* Ich hatte die App überhaupt nur installiert, weil sie von den Stadtwerken München beworben wurde und mit dem M-Login genutzt werden konnte. Einen Mehrwert gegenüber meinen anderen Steuerungs-Apps konnte ich nicht erkennen, daher habe ich die App nie genutzt. Die ohne Vorankündigung erfolgte Beendigung der Kooperation mit M-Login nutze ich dazu, durch Löschen der App Platz auf dem iPhone zu schaffen. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert auf keinem unser Geräte mehr *2021-05-31, version 2.8.3* Lief eine Zeit lang mehr schlecht als recht und mittlerweile gar nicht mehr. App crasht direkt nach Start ### 1/5 — Funktioniert leider nicht!!! *2021-05-15, version 2.8.3* Sobald man eine Sonos System in einen Raum einfügt, stürzt die App ab und lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen. Sehr gute Idee, aber leider funktioniert es überhaupt nicht. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn dieses Problem behoben wird. Auch wäre es toll, wenn man einen Apple TV als Steuerzentrale hinzufügen könnte. ### 2/5 — Anbindungen vielversprechend- Umsetzung: Oh No *2021-03-07, version 2.8.3* Also erstmal, ich möchte hier niemanden beleidigen, habe einen intelligenten Discovergy Stromzähler und war angetan von den möglichen Anbindungen dieser App. Alles erstmal vielversprechend. Habe bereits ein umfangreiches KNX Setup in HomeKit. Wegen dem modernen AppIcon und den technischen Versprechungen der Dienstintegrationen hatte ich wohl die Screenshots im AppStore ausgeblendet... puhh, die App sieht aber genau so aus - dachte erst ich hätte eine sehr alte App erwischt, aber das war nicht so. Ich möchte jetzt garnicht über die Zwangsanmeldung oder die scheinbar nicht Löschbare Werbung motzen... Aber allein die generelle Umsetzung ist schon ein Grund die App nicht benutzen zu wollen - und das wird nicht nur mir so gehen - und leider ja, die 2 Elemente die ich damit getestet hatte waren genauso umgesetzt wie das Grundgerüst der App anmutet: der Zähler wurde nur mit einem Wert angezeigt, der war falsch. Es hätte ein Minus Wert sein müssen (habe eine Solaranlage - bei Discovergy ist der Wert richtig, hier wird wohl ein Vorzeichen verschluckt) ebenso die dazugehörige erweitere Anzeige zeigt eigentlich gar nichts an - schon verwunderlich dass dies Discovergy sogar eine Pressemitteilung wert war (so bin ich auf die App gestoßen ) ...auch die Integration eines ganz normalen HomeKit Lichtschalters hatte wegen irgendeinem defekten Links nicht funktioniert. Also wenn wenn die App wirklich mal weiterentwickelt werden soll holt euch bitte etwas Unterstützung, so sieht eigentlich heute keine App mehr aus (ich rede nicht nur von der Optik) ...wie gesagt noHate, einfach nur nett gemeinte Tipps 2 Sterne für die Idee ### 1/5 — Ohne Registrierung und Ortungsdienste Aktivierung funktioniert die App nicht. *2021-02-18, version 2.8.3* Interface sieht sehr modern und innovativ. Deswegen wollte ich die App ausprobieren obwohl ich mit der hauseigenen iOS App Home mehr als zufrieden bin. Leider funktioniert die App ohne Registrierung und ohne Aktivierung der Ortungsdienste nicht. Ich frage mich nur warum?! Warum muss ich der App mein Standort mitteilen um mein Licht in der Küche einzuschalten? Noch eine datenhungrige App? Schade! ### 1/5 — Sehr enttäuscht *2021-02-11, version 2.8.3* Ich sah das Video und dachte mir „GEIL“ Runtergeladen ..... und naja ... wo sind den die vielen Hersteller ... 400 sollen es sein ... Die Auswahl beschränkt sich auf eine Hand voll ... Also wieder runter mit der App. Schade, wenn es dass könnte was man im Video verspricht wäre ich auch gerne bereit dafür etwas zu bezahlen. ### 1/5 — Gruseliges Interface *2020-12-18, version 2.8.3* Die App könnte noch so gut sein, so wie sie aussieht geht das garnicht. Hab noch nie so ein schlimmes Screendesign gesehen, da krieg ich schon von den screenshots Augenkrebs.
