I can’t get in to the app again. Got error: acct deleted. Try to add but says acct already exist. What do I do now? Today out of nowhere this app that goes with my glucose monitor stopped working. I tried looking for an update, then deleted an added again. Then I had to do forgot password. That takes me an iHealth website where I had to register and provide personal info but I still cannot get iGluco app to work. I have been very happy with it over the last 5 months. I tried to report a problem and apparently that doesn’t work because it’s a free app; not.
