### 2/5 — App download problem

*2026-08-31, version 4.15.1*

Can’t download app to phone

### 2/5 — Upgraded App not as user-friendly

*2026-08-30, version 4.15.0*

I have used iHealth for years. Always had my whole family’s date on there. But since the upgrade, nothing automatically connects properly. We can’t figure out simple requests and graphs when needed. Even in our history. We have to manually enter our date as we can’t get it to connect anymore.

### 5/5 — Woman

*2026-08-27, version 4.15.0*

It keeps me accountable.

### 2/5 — Wonky

*2026-08-26, version 4.15.0*

Hate the way this app always has to connect to the device and it’s slow and doesn’t find it. Also find the blood pressure when I enter the blood pressure. It’s super slow and doggy to let me enter the numbers like I have to keep tapping on the app to make it recognize that I’m trying to enter data

### 5/5 — Better understanding how to care for myself

*2026-08-26, version 4.15.0*

These apps have given me me My Power to Better Health

### 5/5 — Simple

*2026-08-25, version 4.15.0*

This is so simple to use and most importantly it saves the data so I can either email my Dr or show it to them at my appointment. So much better than a BP diary.

### 5/5 — I like this more than my other one

*2026-08-24, version 4.15.0*

I have a Balance health one that I have to manually enter into my Apple Health app, has two users even though it’s just for me and switch accidentally got switched and Dara was messed up. THIS doesn’t have that problem- one user, synchs with app, app works well. I wish it showed up in graphs with the lines being connected, but other than that this is great. In fact I had no idea I was supposed to line the cuff up with my artery with my other one- this one says “artery line” on the cuff…so now I’m confident I’m doing it correctly! It’s slightly quieter than my other, though my dog still runs out of the room. Would recommend this to anyone, good price too.

### 5/5 — Satisfied

*2026-08-24, version 4.15.0*

Had this for a while and working fine up to now.

### 5/5 — Very fast

*2026-08-23, version 4.15.0*

I had an old machine that was sluggish and kept airing out even after I put new batteries and stuff and I decided to get a new one, and I am pleasantly surprised how fast this one works with the app was easy to do easy to set up and the reading takes like 30 seconds

### 5/5 — Accuracy

*2026-08-23, version 4.15.0*

Love how is it is to use and the accuracy is on point.

### 5/5 — Blood pressure testing

*2026-08-22, version 4.15.0*

So convenient!

### 4/5 — Bluetooth not showing under devices

*2026-08-22, version 4.15.0*

I absolutely detest having my blood pressure checked. I can’t stand the tight squeeze. However it’s a necessary evil and the device is affordable and mostly easy to use. However, I can’t only send screenshots of readings to my provider rather than click the + sign on the app and upload. Bluetooth does not show up anywhere on the settings. Yes, Bluetooth is on. Yes, the batteries are good. Yes, I have tried to hold the start/stop button for 10 seconds, shut off the Bluetooth and then turn it back on. Yes, I have tried turning my iPhone off and then turning it on and trying Bluetooth again.

It doesn’t show up on my iPhone or iPad, which, yes, is on the latest firmware

### 4/5 — BMI Calculations are Wrong

*2026-08-21, version 4.15.0*

Overall I like the devices and the app. I have the Fit/Nexus H2S scale and the Track KN-550BT blood pressure monitor.

The app has an error when calculating BMI. For instance @ 182.9 lbs and 6’0” every online calculator and calculating by hand results in a BMI of 24.8 which is a “normal” BMI, but this app says the BMI is 25.0 and classifies it as overweight instead of normal. This is annoying!

The BP cuff will show the averages of your most recent readings, but when syncing with the app you can only download individual readings. Best practice is to take 3 readings and use the average. The device does this, but not the app. Why?

The value however is outstanding. The devices are very well priced and I’m willing to put up with these annoyances.

If the BMI issue was fixed I’d rate it 5 stars.

### 4/5 — I health blood pressure monitor

*2026-08-21, version 4.15.0*

Actually, I’d love this one is pretty much accurate with my doctors visits.

### 5/5 — Great BO monitor

*2026-08-21, version 4.15.0*

Great monitor I wish you could do two people on it instead of one. Outside of that it does a great job and sync with my phone and the iPhone health app.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2026-08-20, version 4.15.0*

I was dx with HBP last week, was stressed to take my BP readings. This device is easy and closely to accurate. Good value and helps with keeping me on track. Good buy

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — “Shopping” feature is broken

*2026-08-31, version 4.15.1*

The shopping feature within the app has no way to return to previous screen once I click on an item to have a closer look. Please get rid of that feature or make it work. I updated the app to see if that work resolve it, then thoroughly looked again for the standard icons that “go back” - they just are not there. The only way to shop for other products is to close the app and start over.

### 1/5 — Meh

*2026-08-28, version 4.15.0*

Meh

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-25, version 4.15.0*

Blood pressure monitor just says “The data format returned by the server is wrong” and that’s it.

### 1/5 — Once great - Now useless

*2026-08-23, version 4.15.0*

Used iHealth for years with no problems until the app changed. It became hit and miss but now scales won’t link to phone at all. No help from the company. No emails appear when signing in to a new device. I’m wondering if iHealth still exist or have quietly closed.

### 1/5 — Always a asking for a review.

*2026-08-18, version 4.15.0*

Love the machine hate that when I got to take my blood pressure it asks for a review first all of the time. Again.

### 1/5 — Not the best option

*2026-08-10, version 4.15.0*

I wish I had tried the machine and the app before purchasing,
It does not stay connected and you have to wait for it to be recognized every time. The cuff is hard and rough and it feels a bit outdated

### 1/5 — Stopped working

*2026-08-09, version 4.15.0*

For the last few weeks, the app crashes almost immediately.

### 1/5 — Blood pressure

*2026-08-07, version 4.15.0*

I have a glucose test meter from IHealth that I use the tracking app. I have also purchased the blood pressure monitor. Download the app for easy sharing of my tests at home. Love the Bluetooth loading for quick and accurate history recording. But it requires two apps. This is not the problem. The glucose monitor was first downloaded and set up. I tried to set up the blood pressure under the same information used for glucose monitor, the app doesn’t allow it!

### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY THIS

*2026-08-07, version 4.15.0*

WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE OR USE THIS APP IF YOU DEPEND ON ACCURACY FOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENTS

A reading taken today at 5:46 pm is recorded in the device as being taken 6:18 pm.

This device/app is unable to even record the correct time that the measurement was taken. How on earth can we be expected to actually trust the readings?

People are trying to manage their health and some of them have very serious health conditions and they really accuracy. I don’t think you should be in this market at all.

I’ve bought cheap knockoff watches that are able tell the time then you’re supposed health device.

A reading taken today march 10, 2026 at around 3:50 pm is recorded in the app as being taken on January 2, 2015 at 11:45

I didn’t even own this device or app 11 years ago.

At this stage, I would like a refund. Please reach out to me if you want to arrange.

April 25 2026

Retested the device and app today and the first thing I noticed is that of the three readings I took blood pressure. It actually got the time wrong putting the time of the last reading as the time of the first reading and so on. In addition to that this appallingly inaccurate and faulty app/device mixes up the readings when it uploads them to my Health app.

I will be contacting the ACCC in Australia and the federal department responsible for approving health/medical devices as this device in my opinion withdrawn from the market and not allowed to be sold. Peoples lives may depend on whether or not readings and as I’ve said in a previous post this app/device cannot be trusted. I would still like a refund regardless of how long I’ve had the app.
