แอปพลิเคชัน iHearth สำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจ ศูนย์โรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ช่วยลดช่องว่างระหว่างแพทย์ผู้รักษากับผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับบริการ ผ่านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล อีกทั้งแอปพลิเคชันยังมีการเชื่อมต่อกับแอปพลิเคชัน Health ที่จะคอยตรวจจับสัญญาณอัตราการเต้นของหัวใจ และแจ้งเตือนไปยังผู้ป่วยหากเกิดเหตุการความเสี่ยง ผู้ป่วยสามารถบันทึกข้อมูลและเข้าถึงความรู้การรักษาตนเองได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา โดยจะเชื่อมกับแอปพลิเคชัน Health
