No obvious way of getting support. Also sometimes doesn’t log you in even when you enter the log in details. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Awful App *2024-03-06, version 1.309.1* This app is in dire need of an upgrade, I’ve chatted with lots of people who have the same issues with the system constantly logging out, requiring you to login but not remembering your details. Also doesn’t work with keychain so you have to create a different password every time. When it is logged on it’s very slow to change temperature and difficult to manage the schedule. Most frustrating is being logged out just when you need to use it, seems to happen to me every time I’m returning home and need the heating on to warm the house! The app is so intuitive I didn’t even need the manual to use it (once connected with wifi). It took a few minutes to set up with my new Ascot radiators and it works a treat. I took a risk based on the reviews but glad I did. ### 5/5 — Ignore the bad reviews- this App is excellent and the developers give 1st class responses *2024-05-13, version 1.309.1* I have used this App for over a year to monitor and control 7 - 8 Best Electric radiators in my house and it works extremely well in all areas. I use it every day, sometimes numerous times - particularly when traveling overseas when I need to control the heating in my absence. I am able to see the actual temperature in every room and control the temperatures according to the ambient weather conditions. On the few occasions I have needed to contact the technicians at iHeat their responses have been quick and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Before choosing Best Electric and iHeat I tried other so called remote management systems and can attest that none worked as well I am extremely happy with this setup and can highly recommend it ### 5/5 — Prompt and Helpful *2023-12-26, version 1.72.4* I appreciated the swift response to my recent query ### 5/5 — Password Entry *2021-04-26, version 1.13.3* For all users, please manual enter the password rather than cut and pasting. ### 3/5 — So much to like, but glitches *2023-02-09, version 1.72.4* This app /heater combo could be really really great - showing KWH consumed, adaptive start times etc are all REALLY GOOD!! but there are some fundamentally broken bits 1) it throws me out and I have to go round the houses/reset password/enter email & new password manually because keychain won’t pick it up 2) password is obscure & set by app & apparently unchangeable 3) horrible fiddly interface on the heater when app is playing up & need to set manually ### 2/5 — Very basic app. *2022-11-16, version 1.63.4* App intermittently crashes and displays incorrect heating settings. Constantly loses connection. Can only program in 1 hour increments. Would be great if the app was more stable and you could program in 15 minute increments rather than 1 hour increments. ### 2/5 — Ok when it works *2022-10-21, version 1.53.0* Using fine then all of a sudden it’s telling me the temperature is up and I have the heating on even though I know it’s actually off in the timed down zone. Switch a heater off with it, it greys out but still showing Hester is on and temperature increasing!! Have to keep uninstalling and reinstall.
