### 4/5 — Suggestion against accidental triggers

*2018-07-13, version 3.4.2*

On occasion the Q button on the device is pressed accidentally in my pocket, causing the phone to ring. When the click feature is set to find my my phone it would be good to have something less prone to accidental triggers such as 3 consecutive clicks to ring the phone alarm. Other than that seems to work well so far. Used under a week.

### 1/5 — NO STARS!

*2018-01-12*

Useless. I even contacted them and no response. Save your money this doesn’t work at all. Maybe try spending extra money on Tile instead. NOT RECOMMENDED!

### 1/5 — Oh, are you kidding me?

*2017-12-25*

I can’t progress beyond the opening screen of this lousy app until I grant it full access to my phone’s location, always, even when I’m not using the app, *and* then also to the microphone and the camera? Are you people insane? All this should require is Bluetooth so I can make the key fob beep - instead your brain dead developers require privacy permissions beyond all reason. Sorry - I’ll be returning this little piece of invasive junk tomorrow.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2017-12-16*

It’s junk don’t waste your time and money. Doesn’t keep a charge and must be plug in the entire time. I got it 50 percent off, go figure!

Need to stop it on the credit card

### 3/5 — Ok but....

*2017-12-09, version 3.4.2*

.... the percentage of battery shown in the app may not marry with the power in the item itself. And the Apple Watch app keeps showing in Mandarin even though my device is set to English (UK).

### 2/5 — Inconsistent

*2017-12-03*

I’ve had it for 2 days and when doing spot checks, I’m constantly having to turn off/on Bluetooth to reconnect it. Very inconsistent so far and there’s probably better options out there. Hopefully future updates will allow me to change my rating

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2017-09-14*

The device worked for two days then stoped working. In the time it worked it was off by over 1,000 feet. When I tried to contact customer service I was unable unless I joined their membership which makes me give my email address to them so they can use for advertising. Very expensive device that does not work with several cheaper ones on the market with more then one positive review.

### 3/5 — It works pretty good but it's not perfect

*2017-02-10*

I lose my keys now and then. This app, with the help of the iHere helps me find them. I don't use the other features. I do have one suggestion for the developers; make a push notification to tell me when the battery is low. The iHere is rechargeable and that's great, but it's not going to do me any good when the battery dies. Seems simple enough if you can track the battery level which it can. That's probably my biggest issue with the app. The keyfob/device, it's pretty good too. My one issue is that it randomly starts beeping at times, kind of like the separation alarm is on but it isn't. It's kind of spotty. Does it for a few days and then stops.

### 2/5 — Marginal

*2016-12-04, version 3.1.7*

It works for demo. It alerts when it's connected. However, the app and the device disconnect constantly.

### 3/5 — Voice Recorder

*2016-10-26, version 3.1.6*

good tool but the Voice Recorder does not work
firmware 0.9.0.8

### 1/5 — Update disconnected me from my medicine.

*2016-10-18, version 3.1.6*

It's really not a good update that disconnects you from all your devices. Still disconnected and deeply disappointed.

### 3/5 — Decent but buggy

*2016-06-24, version 3.1.5*

Very useful, but the separation alarm will not turn off and it's driving me up the wall.

### 3/5 — Room for improvement

*2016-04-12*

With regard to other reviews-
The whole distance thing NEEDS to be adjustable. I can't speak for others. But considering the main times I want to be alerted (from iPhone or keys) is way LESS THAN 75 feet. In my world, 75 feet is [already in my jeep] from the bank teller. 75 feet is in the next store, while shopping. I need to be alerted BEFORE [misplacing/forgetting to pick up off counter] becomes lost. My thing is to prevent as opposed to having to turn my jeep around to retrieve my $700 iPhone that I left on the counter while going through my pockets or bag, right? Of course I'm right. There needs to be a slider to adjust "distance to alert".
As for crappy battery life, mines been ok... But it's barley been a week!?! But if the battery can't,at the very least.. last 1 year, mine will get returned. Technology is as such, that when new rechargeable a don't at least last a year then someone in production is trying to save money at the customers expense. Which today, in business w social media; a few dissatisfied people and your sunk. I hope the iHere guys are reading these.
I'll be back to update after true beta testing.

### 1/5 — Nope.

*2016-04-03, version 3.1.5*

Worked 2/4 times. Nothing will frustrate you more.

### 1/5 — Robe

*2020-03-11*

BEWARE!!! I have purchased all of their products thinking it will be awesome to upgrade my vehicle and most are defective. Very hard to configure if you can configure at all. You have to constantly change between WiFi to use dash cam and backup cam, this is not user friendly at all. 9 out of 10 times it doesn’t even connect and when it does it disconnects. Very poor customer service as you will wait days for response. When you have a bad product you will pay to ship back to them and who knows if you will ever receive a new device. I am very disappointed, I had to return a product a couple of times because it was defective.

### 1/5 — Do not buy!!!!!

*2019-11-07*

I opened it and it isn’t charging. I left it on overnight and it’s flashing a green and red light. None of the instructions say this. TRASH!

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2019-08-02, version 3.4.2*

On top of all the other reviews. My ihere is no longer charging !! I would
Like a replacement with the bugs fixed!

### 1/5 — Won’t work without mic and camera access

*2018-12-21, version 3.4.2*

Just want to use for tracking items. But it won’t let me use without giving access to mic and camera

### 1/5 — Trash!

*2018-12-04*

Don’t usually do reviews but I am so aggravated. The first one quit holding a charge and wouldn’t work unless it was plugged in which makes it absolutely useless since you can’t take it with you when you leave the house. After weeks of poor communication they sent me a new one. It has been charging for over 24 hours and it doesn’t work. You are supposed to charge it until the red light turns green. I finally unplugged it and the light is still red and it won’t go off and the iHere does not work at all. The communication from this company is horrible. Every time I try to contact them I get their stock text that says to send a copy of the receipt and what to do for warranty issues which does me no good. I have gotten the same text over and over not to mention that some of them are in the middle of the night and wake me up. Takes them forever to respond by email. Piece of junk...

### 1/5 — Useless

*2018-11-23, version 3.4.2*

Loses contact between unit and phone and the only way to reconnect is to have them both together
Mine shows my keys are 60 miles away even though there in my pocket!!

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2018-11-08*

Absolute garbage, go buy water from a public fountain instead!! I wouldn’t give any stars if I could...

### 1/5 — Too invasive

*2018-05-05*

I tried to enable location access ONLY while using the app, but that was not allowed. It wants 24/7 access to your location. Plus, it won’t let you get past the set up screen unless you give it access to your audio (to record you-it even says that) and camera. I don’t care about the remote selfies- just wanted to use it for a key finder. This app WAY oversteps on privacy. Will not be using it. 👎👎

### 1/5 — Buggy??

*2018-03-02, version 3.4.2*

Keeps beeping after every few minutes for the separation alarm. The app is running in the background even though app has been closed and background service has been turned off from settings.

### 1/5 — Garage

*2018-01-16*

I’m sorry but if I’m hitting the button to find my phone while it has a significant charge. It should ring. This system is a complete waste of time. Don’t bother

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — A+

*2019-07-01*

iHere worked well at helping find lost keys. It did what it's supposed to do.

I very much like that the fobs are rechargeable. IMO, that's more useful than iHere's major competitor. That competitor's fobs neither recharge nor allow you to replace its batteries, yet those fobs tend to die after one year.

My two iHere fobs lasted 3 or so years before they could no longer hold a charge. That's pretty good. I plan to buy iHere's again.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2017-10-05, version 3.4.2*

I’ve had this thing for years & for 25 bucks on Amazon it’s the best deal I could possibly imagine… The battery still maintains a full charge at least a week or two and still isn’t dead after Irs –

And seems to never have problems connecting to Bluetooth when stuff that I bought in the past few months is always going on and off annoying

Simple, multi functional and does not require a new battery every so often

### 5/5 — Best Money Spent!

*2017-10-04, version 3.4.2*

I’ve been using the iHere Key Finder for a few years now and it’s come in quite handy on several occasions quickly finding my keys around the house.

Today I was walking home from work a roughly a 2 km {1.2 mi} trip. When I was nearly home I realised that my keys which I had when I left work weren’t on me. I panicked knowing I had keys I don’t have spares for {did I mention I live alone?} … yes, I know I should have spares!, a speedpass tag {easy access to my bank account} and a remote fob for my vehicle {expensive to replace}. I immediately checked my iHere app and it showed that it lost connection shortly after leaving work.

You have any idea what that meant!? I didn’t have to continue to check and recheck each and every pocket, I didn’t have to retrace my steps staring at the ground for 2 km or go through every nook and cranny and customers service of the store I stopped at. I walked back to the spot of where my iHere lost contact and walked around until it reconnected, then hit “find”. Wouldn’t you know it, I heard it chime. I followed the chime and found my keys lying in a parking lot across the street from my work.

I cannot express just how relieved I am that I had this iHere device and that I have my keys back, it’s saved me a lot of aggravation. This little device is some of the best money I’ve spent!

### 5/5 — ihere 3 blows completion away !!

*2017-08-16, version 3.4.2*

The iHere Smart Key Finder is a jewel.
This device is a Key Finder, Selfie Remote, Car Finder, and Records your voice.. Four in One.
It's a great device. It has a separation alert which has saved me too many times to count. I seem to just place my keys by a product in stores and then walk away... seconds later I get an alert and my keys are yelling... Last time was in a Walmart store in the Auto section with a crowd of people. Just Wait ... it's RECHARGEABLE !!
App is well designed to do everything and list the amount of charge. I have the TILE... and if you leave it behind, hopefully you will find your item by retracing your steps because it does not have a separation alert.
I have 3 of these babies and I would not leave home without any of them..my keys, my wallet,
and my Apple iPods Wireless.
Priced right and does so much more, than all the other trackers. I give it 5 stars, you will not be disappointed, especially when it saves or finds your lost item.. your car, takes a selfie quickly or records your friend or in my case my Dr. to actually remember his instructions.
It's really a jewel of a device ...www.nonda.co
Check it out .. it's a winner !!!!

### 5/5 — Works very well, use Calendar to remind you to recharge every two weeks.

*2017-03-22*

This version apparently requires you to give the app access to your camera and microphone.

I'm not going to do that and I'm not going to throw all the device I've bought so I expect the company to fix that.

I'd suggest that nobody buy these until they do fix that problem, it's probably just a goof on somebody's part.

This is much louder than a Tile device, which is important. You can use your keys to find your phone and your phone to find your keys, brilliant.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2016-04-27*

The first one was defective and I wrote a negative review. I contacted the company. The company was great and sent me a new one quite fast. It works beautifully. I can say I am very happy with the product and happier with the company that backed their product!

### 5/5 — Awesome app for an awesome gadget

*2016-03-18, version 3.1.5*

Fast and accurate tracking and no noticeable drain on battery. Great app and a great device!

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2015-11-07, version 3.1.0*

Super glad I purchased two of these. App works great. Never crashes on iPhone 6. Have one on my money clip and key fob. Batteries last forever when connected!!!! Keep it up!

### 5/5 — Great product!

*2015-10-27, version 3.1.2*

After the last update, everything works like a charm!

### 5/5 — Finally! Battery Indicator

*2015-06-30, version 2.8*

The app is good however it was missing the battery indicator which caused battery to die while I'm out. Now this issue is solved. I will update my review after a while.
