App just updated and wiped the camera settings so now I have no access to my cameras until I get home tonight, hope no one robs the house  😳

This is the only app recommended by the supplier for the cameras we bought.  It is OK but has some shortcomings that would make me reconsider buying this system again. The app does not always show up in the App Store for iPhone or iPads. It only appeared when searching the China apps, and even then it cannot always be found. That makes setting up the system on a new device challenging at times. 

We use the app instead of the receiver almost all the time . The video quality of the app is substantially better than the receiver’s monitor. The video quality of the  receiver is so poor that it is almost pointless except we were told it was not possible to  bypass the receiver and just use the app with a separate DVR. The inability to access the menu  or to toggle between channels when viewing in landscape mode is a significant flaw and there doesn’t seem to be any  to view the cameras on a laptop. I would have bought different cameras if I knew these things before I purchased the system.

App worked first time so that was good but can only view one camera at a time 
And also when first open you have to close again to bring up channel options to see other cameras

Feature request: please allow simple swiping between channels - this would compliment the longer method of manual tap “Channel” to select which channel.
