Have over 50 of these downlighters that we can no longer log in to. Appalling support. Have tried everything to get it to connect.

アプリのupdate後、機器の登録が出来なくなった。ログアウトしてから、再度ログインも再登録も「network  error」でアクセス出来ない。

早急に修正をしてもらいたい。

Pone que la app está en inglés y así parece en lis pantalla os, pero solo aparece en chino y, si cambiarlo de idioma es una opción, para eso habría que saber chino…

This app is a replacement for the original IHomma BT app which is now obsolete due to iOS update.  Replacement app will not work with lights rendering them useless.  Not best pleased.

使用開始するのにメアドやパスワードなど登録する必要があるのだが、エラーで登録できない。

ってゆーかライトをコントロールするだけごときにメアド登録する意味がわからない。

せっかくかったライトがこのアプリの不具合でゴミになりました。
