Just for those users like me facing problems login or send OTP, you can try logging from a browser (Google IHP and enter their website). From there you can login via SingPass and won’t need any OTP. ### 1/5 — Cannot view e-card *2025-02-11, version 3.9* Totally no e-card shown, how possible to visit panel without e-card? Even no reply from customer service on this issue. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2025-01-19, version 3.8.1* Can't even get an OTP for months now and nobody seems to have a clue on how to fix it.
