Just for those users like me facing problems login or send OTP, you can try logging from a browser (Google IHP and enter their website). From there you can login via SingPass and won’t need any OTP. ### 1/5 — Cannot view e-card *2025-02-11, version 3.9* Totally no e-card shown, how possible to visit panel without e-card? I wasn’t able to login initially but was informed by HR that the login credentials were changed, so that was resolved. Now that I logged in I realize a vast improvement in the interface, which is faster and much more intuitive than before.
