So ist die app nicht nutzbar. Sehr enttäuschend!! ### 5/5 — Immer schlechter *2025-04-13, version 2.26* Die App wird leider mit jedem Update verschlechtert. Seit dem letzten werden die Temperaturen nicht mehr angezeigt. Testet ihr nichts bevor ihr es freigebt??? Auch der Login zum Formatieren der Airbox funktioniert nun nicht mehr. Ausserdem wird die erste Version der air Box nun nicht mehr geupdated. Klasse Service für so ein teures Produkt. Das war der letzte HWAM. ### 1/5 — Terrible Unworkable App *2023-12-01, version 2.14* This app renders an expensive, hi tech log burner into a lump of scrap metal. Never connects to the stove, despite occasionally pairing with my partners phone (running sand iOS). Impossible to light, valves randomly open & cycle. Room temperature stays at 21C despite if it is arctic or hot enough to melt my face. Give me an old fashioned stove with manual vents any day. Now to add insult, latest version 3.20 won’t download. Despite waiting 30 minutes stuck at 45% complete. ### 1/5 — Panne poêle et télécommande resolution *2023-11-09, version 2.14* Alors vue que les développeurs et ingénieurs ne répondent jamais. Pour ceux qui galère avec les mises à jour . Mettre le poêle sur le réseau wifi domestique ( de la maison ) . Les mises à jours ce font plus téléchargent normalement et elles sont prises en comptes par le poêle . Il n est pas précisé dans la notice que c est nécessaire et plus utile que le réseau wifi du poêle ….. aucune communication de la marque . ### 1/5 — Keine Verbindung zum Ofen *2023-10-26, version 2.14* Mit v214 wir mein Ofen nicht mehr gefunden. Damit ist diese App nutzlos. ### 3/5 — Nach Update keine Verbindung mehr möglich *2023-10-15, version 2.14* Nachdem sich die App selbstständig upgedatet hat wurde auch die Firmware erneuert. Leider ist seitdem keine WLAN Verbindung mehr möglich. Zum Glück scheint die Airbox noch unhabhängig von der App zu funktionieren. Es wäre toll wenn sich die Entwickler schnellstens etwas einfallen lassen würden. Update Oktober 2023: Ich weiß nicht wie wir es geschafft haben aber wir haben wieder eine Verbindung zum Ofen. Eigentlich wollten wir nach der auf der Platine verbauten Batterie schauen, diese lies sich leider nicht wechseln. Alles wieder zusammen gebaut und das Wunder geschah.
