[1] error when searching directions. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t fix it. There is no option in iPhone Location Settings to enable it. iOS and iPadOS has the same error. ### 1/5 — Barely works and is buggy when it does *2020-08-22, version 6.0.7* Wouldn’t even let me enter my correct birthday or address when creating an account. Then it wouldn’t let me go back or edit anything. Id rather be on hold for an hour when I call the doctors directly instead of dealing with this pure garbage. ### 5/5 — Recognition needed to be addressed *2019-12-01* My brother in law was a patient on the cardio / pulmonary floor and he had a male nurse whose name is Jeff this nurse is the most compassionate , kind and helpful nurse. Jeff was so busy on Thanksgiving night that he did not get to go home on time from his shift because he still had things to finish up but he still was addressing patient and family needs and I said to him isn’t your shift over and his reply to me was I have some things to finish but I’m just thankful I have a home and food to go home to. He goes above and beyond for his patients and he is always willing to answer your questions and most importantly he never shows his frustration or acts like he is to busy to help this is one hard working nurse and he needs to be recognized for his hard work and others need to follow in his footsteps. I want to give him credit for his job well done. ### 5/5 — Terrific app! *2019-05-07* I cannot believe how wonderfully simply and easy to use this app is. What a great feature to be able to see how busy a Convenient Care site is before you get there. You can view all the open locations and pick the least busiest site. This helps you get in and out quickly which is really nice when you are sick. If you are near a Heritage Valley Health System Hospital or clinic (Beaver County, Sewickley, PA, or Calcutta, OH), you will appreciate this app. Not only does it give info about every medical facility in those areas, under ACTIVITY, you can get LIVE numbers of how many patients are currently in the clinics & ER's. The PHYSICIAN data enables you to search by SPECIALTY or last name to learn the office details, map directions, & view a photo of the doc.
