The free app isn’t bad, I listen to it to relax when in bath but I regret paying for the upgrade. **Developer response:** The free iHypnobirth-Lite version includes two 3 hypnosis audios. The paid iHypnobirth version includes 4 hypnosis audios, two mindfulness audios, calming music and sounds and articles. We hope you enjoy the updated version with the content. ### 4/5 — It's free *2017-04-27, version 1.4* One track for free, the rest you pay for. To be clear I am reviewing the free track only, as I didn't download the rest. Yes there is a lot of reverb on the voice as one reviewer points out. I have been listening to this at night for a few weeks now. It is kind of hokey but also soothing. I was having some contractions the other day and was panicking, so I decide to lie down and listen to this - it calmed me down immediately and the contractions stopped. It goes a little too fast to actually repeat the affirmations to yourself as they suggest, but if you listen to it enough you kind of memorize it. I use this more than I thought I would. As it is free, I encourage you to try it and just see if you like it or not. ### 4/5 — Nice app, but voice has too much echo *2016-10-05, version 1.4* Nice app, but the echo in the voice is hard to hear. If you want all four tracks then you need to buy the full version. I do like the track included, nice soothing background with a calming female voice reading the affirmations. You can’t access anything extra!!! *2019-12-04* I paid for the upgrade (after downloading the app for free) and over a week later I still am not able to access any of the upgraded content so I have paid for nothing! I have contacted the app team via the email on the app twice and I have not heard anything about getting access to the extra content!! Bunch of con artists please don’t waste your money you won’t get anything extra!! **Developer response:** The team has responded to your message and we are in the process of resolving the issues you are having. The upgrade is the paid version so it opens as a separate app which sometimes leads to confusion. Rest assured this app is not a con. Please fix this. I would give more stars if I could access the app to properly rate it. UPDATE: The issue/bug has been resolved. There's just a sample for the music.
