I also do not find the actual ii platform user friendly absolutely terrible compared to AJ Bell and when you ring up you keep getting different answaers ### 1/5 — Push notifications stoped working *2026-02-05* I used to find the app really useful however for some reason push notifications have stopped working. Settings already show notifications switched on so I’ve tried turning my phone on and off. Ive also re-downloaded the app and created a new profile however after waiting a couple days I can no longer see any of my transactions or get any notifications therefore making the app pretty useless now. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-12-28* I wish I could review it. Any time an app logs me out more than once a year gets 1 star for me. Password requirements are surely strong enough now that I don’t need to be logged out of my own phone. You’re obviously not confident in your own security. x to keep my logged in for a mere 30 days isn’t good enough. ### 3/5 — Why haptic feedback on everything? *2025-07-28* I downloaded the app a moment ago but have stopped using it after 10 minutes. It looks well designed and very functional, but I can’t find anyway of turning off the excessive haptic feedback that happens when basic things are tapped. If you’re planning on using the app in a quiet environment, think again. I will revisit once there is the option to turn off haptic feedback. ### 3/5 — Great idea badly implemented *2025-07-04* App concept: 5 star Performance table design: 5 star Accuracy of data: 1 star Love the idea of this app, love the design of the app however lots of the data is not correct. Need to fix some of the inaccuracies in performance data. The individual stock % gain/loss figures are not correct and the overall performance figures aren’t correct either (I wish they were!!). Some more data on how things are calculated and disclaimers on what data is used to calculate figures would be good also. ### 1/5 — Can’t use with a joint account *2025-04-18* As the title suggests, if you have a joint account you cannot use this app. I guess this is something to do with data protection, even though the Ts&Cs state that your personal information is not available to the community.
