There is not place to get up to,the minute consumption and generation data. This makes it difficult to understand when to use certain alliances and charge EV’s. As my payment information usually is saved, however the last two times I paid my bill I’ve had to enter my routing and banking information like a new account each time. It’s annoying and inconvenient to not have it save my bank information for quick payment options. What’s the point of having a nickname for your payment if it isn’t saving the account information. Please fix this issue. It wasn’t like this before. I wish it would let us pay what we can whenever we want. Especially if we have a payment agreement with IID! This app is useless because I still have to call IID TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS! And the call waits are 30-80minute wait and sometimes the calls get disconnected! The app should allow access to certain functions calling in or learning about an outage. It won’t allow me to sign in, so I can’t use features for outages.
