Slow data including regular outages and very bad customer support. Data and calls have not worked for 2 weeks and customer support is not able to fix the problem.

This is so bad… Already two big mistakes when you trying to log in:
1st: when you log in first time, the code from your message is not automatically filled in the cells. This issue only with app. In browser it works🤡
2nd: I can’t save my pass and every time must go through all process again😵‍💫

Why is that so bad? Don’t you have adequate programmers??😃

What a terribly bad app! They are full of functions that get you stuck there forever.   And everything inside looks exactly like what I was expecting in an app 10 years ago.

Worse aap I have used go in to pay bill you have to get a code about three times before you get anywhere can’t get face recognition to work on it very out dated app I’ve been with them 20 odd years service is great priced right just need to work on app

The app is actually one of the worst apps I’ve downloaded in all my time of having an iPhone. 
Have to manually log in every time you open the app and the app consistently crashes. Incredibly frustrating to use

Just signed up to iinet less than a week ago and am now feed up with this clunky out of date horrible app ! Keeps logging me out, and sending me to web pages I can’t go back from causing me to log in again and again !

I’m not a IT person but I have been use a lot of providers app because I have to. I’m using IiNet internet for many year and I feel great customer service and inter quality. But I really don’t feel like iiNet toolbox is as good as their other service. Hopefully one day they will try to make this app great as themselves

Well just to reiterate what everyone else is saying, it’s bad. From the annoying log in process to the app continually crashing so I either have to delete and reinstall or turn my phone off and on again. All I want is to chat to someone about my terrible internet service, I ring and always get cut off with no call backs!

I’ve deleted the app & reinstalled again on my iPhone hoping it would fix the issue of not being able to download the invoice pdf. The button is there but no action seems to happen when I press it like it does in the desktop version. No point in having the app if it doesn’t give this. 
Also the balance owing is not a running balance. This system was ok when I started using it in the early 2010s but has not advanced with tech & times. May as well use the desktop version.

this “app” if you can call it that just seems to be an embedded website. where’s the added value of this being a native app experience? it’s not here all and i dont know how this app got into the store while being so poorly implemented! must have been reviewed by the work experience guy. i would give it zero stars if i could!

You’d think the first thing you could get is details about your existing plan? Nope. You have to go about changing plans to find that out. Useless. Eventually found the info from that manual letter I got years ago. Happily changing providers now.

Always had small issues and has been barely functional until the last few months slowly declined to a point of failing to log in at all, worst app I’ve ever used in my life, I can’t say the service has been much better.
Update, and now I’m losing the email I’ve had for 15yrs that’s literally linked to every important service and log in over that time.. jfc what a kick in the face!

The app feels years behind where it should be. Basic account management should be simple, but the whole experience feels slow, messy, and poorly designed. It needs more than a few small updates – it needs to be completely rebuilt from scratch.

Unfortunately, the app reflects the same frustrating experience I’ve had with iiNet overall.

One of the worst if not the worst app I have ever used how embarrassing it must be to be iiNet lol they are actually the worst internet company I’ve ever used and I once was with tangerine and that says it all good luck if you are getting you will 100% need it

Really? No updates in over 2 years?? Updating an app icon 11 months ago is not really an update is it? 

No Face ID, you have to input your username and password each time as details just don’t register and that annoying 2FA…it’s 2025. You make enough money from customers to pay a real app developer to build a proper app!

This app as an it professional is my go to app when I visit customers, it lets me know who is on the net and what ports and services are supported, a great way to make sure customers have not opened ports on their PC’s for hacking. It is the only app that does this. Thanks for your help. I hate it when people who have no clue about these things make uninformed comments when an app like this is telling them what they need to know.

The App is perfect as are all iiNet staff
for example l had tech problems and
a very kind Mohamid spent three hours
trying to sort it out. l've been with iiNet
for nearly 10 years and enjoy a fantastic
service history.
P.s Today is Easter Monday and 
Mohamid stopped his Easter celebrations 
to assist. Sadly the floods won
but Mohamids voice inspired confidence.
Soon he will be CEO l swear it! 
Thanks in a first class company!

All I can see are hundreds of one star reviews so I certainly don’t want to get ahead of myself or jinx anything, but the app works fine for me on an older iPhone 11 as well. Give me all the information I need to know which is quite helpful. Hopefully it stays that way!

This is a lot better than the old app but the usage bars get scrambled sometimes on an iPhone 6 if you have multiple services.

As a new iiNet customer this app has worked as expected as soon as my services were activated. I am noticing that Freezone Data is also being included with the metered data graph, which means it's being displayed twice, when looking at the hourly usage for on-net ADSL but the daily total usage is accurate.
