## What is Ijarat Manager?

A simple, powerful rent manager for landlords and property managers. Track every unit (apartments, shops, buildings), see who paid, who is late, and when the next payment is due — offline, with no subscription.

Note: the app interface is in Arabic.

Features:
• Dashboard with collected, remaining, collection rate and occupancy.
• Reminders before each payment is due and when a payment is late.
• Send a payment receipt to the tenant on WhatsApp in one tap.
• Professional PDF reports (overall, annual/tax, expenses) with your office logo, plus a year-over-year comparison.
• Ready-to-print receipts, payment vouchers and lease contracts.
• Defaulters list with amounts owed and legal-claim tracking.
• Security deposit tracking when a tenant moves out (refunded, deducted or held).
• Expenses, cheques and maintenance per unit.
