Iκarian Diet Clinics is a nutrition platform which connects the user with our dieticians of Iκarian Diet Clinics in order to obtain a personalized diet plan and succeed in changing their health and harmful eating patterns.
The Iκarian Diet is worldwide known for its health benefits, the weight loss, the strong immune system that builds the high energy levels and the longevity to people following it.
The app is exclusively for the patient and can be accessed with any smartphone or tablet.
The app offers multiple features to help patients keep track of their meal plans as well as recommendations given by the Iκarian Diet Clinics dieticians such as¨
• Checking meal plans and eating recommendations.
• Receiving notifications during mealtimes.
• Referring back to measurements made during a consult.
• Messaging/ chat our dieticians of Iκarian Diet Clinics at any time.
• Logging weight in between appointments.
• Checking daily physical activity by integration with the health app. You can track your daily steps, distance walked + run, and calories burnt.
• Receiving messages and guidelines according to the diet plan and the Iκarian lifestyle.

The meal plan and recommendations are created in a back – office by nutritionists/ dieticians in partner clinics.
