The search engine is limited and doesn’t recognize specific product names well and doesn’t offer broad or helpful suggestions based on your input. Instead, you’re mostly restricted to browsing through the PRODUCTS and ROOMS categories and their subcategories. While you can eventually get a sense of how items are organized after some time navigating these sections, it takes too long to become familiar with the structure—making it difficult to quickly find what you’re looking for or make fast purchasing decisions. Another major drawback is the lack of order tracking or purchase history. Most shopping apps today offer these as basic features, so their absence here is disappointing. Lately I’ve been trying to buy something and at the top it says it’s $324 and when I scroll down to pay it glitches and says I have 44 products instead of 7 and it wants to charge me like 1,000 dollars. It’s absurd, I even deleted the items and place them again in my cart or closed the app and re entered it but it keeps having the same glitch and adding unknown items and charging me an absurd amount. ### 1/5 — Lack of customer’s Service *2026-01-22* The PR IKEA store needs to seen their entire customer department different platforms back to day one training. Aquí encontré mi cama y mi matre, son lo mejor que he podido comprar. En adición es el lugar que me inspira a tener mi cuarto, cocina, sala y demás partes de mi casa bien hermosos y acogedores. En adición los empleados son súper serviciales y atentos. También conocen muy bien su trabajo. Gracias a nuestros hermanos suecos por pensar en Puerto Rico. Amé IKEA desde el primer día. A todos le hablo de mi tienda favorita. Ah 😋y no puedo dejar sin mencionar los muslos de pollo tan deliciosos que me he comido 💪 junto al café negrito aguadito ☕️. El mantecado es el mejor y las albóndigas ni se diga. Nada en fin me encanta toooodo de IKEA.
