I wish you announce atleast a month before discontinuing a product. Choose another company to do business with, do not be fooled by their brand name. I am extremely disappointed with IKEA’s delivery service. I placed an order expecting it to arrive on the scheduled date, but they have now postponed the delivery three times without any clear explanation. Each time, I adjust my plans accordingly, only to be left waiting again. This constant rescheduling has completely disrupted my plans, and IKEA’s lack of communication and reliability is frustrating. If they cannot meet their delivery commitments, they should not offer scheduled delivery dates in the first place. I expected better from such a large company. I would not recommend relying on IKEA’s delivery service if you need your order on time. ### 1/5 — Poor service and poor delivery *2024-12-28, version 4.0.0* I have ordered wardrobes and cabinets sum with free installation and some with paid installation since Oct 2024 to be delivered after 1 month. Since then and for 8 consecutive weeks they kept postponing delivery due to difficulties. What difficulties IKEA could face for two months. Called their customer service more than 15 times and every time they said it will be the last postpone and every time they lied. Lastly it is delivered after 2 months with missing 1 whole wardrobe and some items from other cabinets. Do you think they deserve even a star?!!! What’s the point of the phone then?! So just to get an appointment, I have to drive an hour or an hour and a half, and then it’s pure luck? And even the app—when I tried to book through it—it’s stuck, showing only a black screen with a frame, not working at all.
