I redeemed the voucher for 200 AED for ikea which I couldn’t use in this order at all. I called the customer service who said that the voucher can only be used in store. Very weird that in todays world I have to go to the store to use the voucher when everything else is done virtually. Its very confusing whether thats the sale price or original price. All changes will be lost “ i mean thats the most unuserfriendly check out i know. They should just let you go back and add more.
