Got a promotional card at a location that isn’t available. Would love to be able to see the whole menu. Would also like a search function for sandwiches to look for ingredients. Not slick and shiny but does the job. But why provide pick up times, if they run 10-15 minutes behind the time you entered for pick up (from the time table they supply)??? You can't place an order until business hours (i.e. 10am in Stanford). The reason you can't always pick up right away is that they give priority to people who are standing in line (as they should!), so you need to get used to planning ahead with this app. To me, avoiding the line is worth giving up spontaneity! ### 4/5 — Great! *2011-04-17, version 1.01* Easy to use app streamlines ordering and pickup. Everyone also probably knows that just calling in an order can be a frustratingly long wait just to get through. Now you no longer have to wait at all!!! I love that I can now place an order, and pay for it on my iPod touch / iPhone and walk up there in about an hour to pick up my sandwich! Makes it virtually hassle free! They told me the same thing- use the app, yet Oakland isn't even an option! Don't bother downloading if you're hoping to order from the Oakland location. You won't be able to even view their menu. App doesn't allow me to select Oakland. #fail ### 1/5 — Awful app, great sandwiches *2012-06-10, version 1.1.4* I love Ike's but this app has only worked like 1 out of 5 tries for me; the rest of the time I end up giving up in frustration and calling in my order by phone. Among other problems, there seems to be no way to fix an expired credit card, and switching between wifi and 3G while the app is open seems to guarantee that the order will fail. Not to mention the UI is just generally glitchy feeling. I mean it downloaded and launched and I could see content on all the tabs but what I really wanted to do was order a sandwich at my local Ike's Place in Redwood City but that location isn't listed.
