Nothing I’ve tried connects to the lock. ### 1/5 — the worst product ever *2025-02-18* I recently purchased the lorex Bluetooth deadbolt, smart lock with touchpad it’s the worst lock ever the installation was fairly standard for the lock however, pairing the lock to my phone has been terrible, the iKeyConnect app does not work I deleted and restore the app to insure. My Bluetooth was on and in range when you’re away from the lock, the keypad will not work you have to be next to the lock for it to work worst product ever ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work as advertised *2025-02-10, version 2.1.4* Very hard to connect and then some services are not available. In the FAQ it says that to access the lock away from home to ‘enable Bluetooth, GPS and wifi’ but the app doesn’t have wifi functionality… ### 1/5 — Lorex Fan disappointed *2025-02-07* Bought Bluetooth deadbolt, updated app to 2.1 version however lock won’t pair no matter what I do. Beyond frustrating. ### 1/5 — Do not use for Lorex deadbolt *2025-01-21* App does not work- only old version will connect to Bluetooth. Lorex support does not know about this issue.
