### 4/5 — データが勝手に消えた

追記　緊急データ復旧からデータ復旧できました。
本当にどうなる事かと思った。
データも戻ったし長年気に入って使っているので評価を上げました。


10年以上使っているが、数年前にも突然データが消えた事があり、久々にまたやられた。
今日開いたら中身が空っぽ。
APPストアに見にきたらアップデートされていてデータがなくなった場合の対処方法など書かれているようで意味不明。
再起動してもデータは出てこない。
どうすべきかちゃんと説明してほしい。
Appleのパスワードも使っているけどそれはWEBの物だけで、こちらは自分で色々カテゴリー作って入力できるので銀行やクレカなどの様々な情報管理に使っているので、使えないと困ります。

今回もまたとんでもない改悪
データを更新しても古いデータにまた書き換えられる
どのような品質チェックを行なっているのでしょうか？
絶対お勧めしません。

センシティブなデータを扱うアプリなのに、従来のUIを無視するかの様な改悪。突然アプリの改変、アップデート後、スタート画面イメージが変わった時には、データがロックされ身代金でも要求されるかくらい悪意を感じ驚きました。

多分、このアプリを使用してない方が改悪したと推測されます。アンティーク調のデザインがベースになってますが、はっきり言って見づらく余計です。

大量のパスワードを効率的に管理するという観点からアプリを設計するとこんなUIやデザインにはならない筈です。
非常に残念です。

このアプリを数年愛用してきました。ですが先日あるアプリのパスワードを変更して数分後に全てのデータが消えました。
その後、こちらのデベロッパーに数回英文で事情と復元方法を尋ねましたが音沙汰なしです。
その間に、数回のアップデートがあり、おそらく同じような不具合があったのではないかと推測していますが、解決には至りませんでした。
あらゆるパスワードを入れていたのに本当に信じられません。
星ひとつもあげられないくらいです。

I have been using this app for several years and have relied on it to store all of my passwords.

However, recently, just a few minutes after I changed the password for one of my accounts, all of the data stored in this app suddenly disappeared.

I contacted the developer several times, explaining what had happened and asking how I could recover my data. I wrote in English each time, but I have received no response whatsoever.

Since then, the app has been updated several times. I suspect that other users may have experienced a similar problem and that some updates may have been related to the issue, but unfortunately, my data has still not been recovered.

I had stored passwords for all kinds of accounts in this app, and losing all of that information is simply unbelievable and extremely distressing.

I trusted this app for years, but the loss of all my data and the complete lack of support from the developer have left me deeply disappointed.

I would give this app zero stars if I could.

データ全て飛んだ！！最悪！！！


7/31現在バージョン4.9意味無し、昨年12月のバックアップデータ持ってるから試したけど復元してもすぐ中身が0になり消える。
8/1現在バージョン5.0 昨年12月のバックアップデータは消えなくなりましたが最新のデータは復元出来ませんでした。
8/3現在バージョン5.1 状況は5.0と変わらず。
もう最新のデータは諦めるしかないんですかね…「iCloudから保管庫を再ダウンロード」「緊急データ復旧」を押してもだめで、「データの復元」→昨年12月のバックアップデータのみ使えました。が、この半年ちょっとで中身は変わっています。今年新しく登録した分がパーになりました😇
バックアップをとっていなかった人は復旧できたのでしょうか？沢山の人のデータ消えててあり得ないし、もう怖いので他のアプリにデータ移したらアンインストールします。

いろいろとフォローいただいたが、大昔の2018年のバックアップで復元はできたが、ほとんどIDパスワードを登録がない時期のもので、まったく使い物にならない。自分の不手際ならともかく、あなたのアプリのバージョンアップでパスワードが消えるなんて、なんてひどいことしてくれたのか？AIの機能なんて不要ですよ。元に戻して下さい。7月24日にバックアップをとったファイルは400KB以上の容量があるのに復元すると0アイテムと表示されるし、どうしてあなたの作成したアプリのバージョンアップですべてを失うなんて許せないよ。どこのAIも不完全じゃないか！元の通りに戻してくれ！！

ありえない。なんとかしてほしい。4.7にアップデートしても復旧できません。途方にくれています。
【追記】4.8でも上手くいかず、別のiPhone を使って本体を初期化、復元したら復活。バックアップを作成して主のiPhone で読み込みなんとか復活。怖いので継続利用しつつ、別のアプリも併用することを決めました。
とりあえず復旧したので星1から3に修正。
【再追記】
ちょっと時間が経ったらまた消えた。もう限界。一応バックアップから復元は出来るが、毎回これをやるのか。星1に戻す。

本日アプリを開いたところ、項目名は残っていましたが、開くとパスワードなどの内容がすべて空欄になっていました。
その後アプリを再起動すると、項目名もすべて消え、データが0件になりました。至急復旧をお願いします。

2026年7月27日追記
アップデートで「Emergency data recovery」が追加されましたが、実行しても復旧しませんでした。

再追記
さらにアップデートされましたが、同じ画面のループ状態で、データは復元されません。
iCloud上には「パスワード金庫」のデータが200KB残っています。操作方法も分かりにくいため、具体的な復旧手順と早急な対応をお願いします。

7/27 データ復旧のアップデート(バージョン4.7)でEmergency data recoveryというボタンが増えていたので試しましたけど意味がなく再起動しようが何しようがデータ全て飛んだままです。その下のデータの復元ボタンも機能してません。長年使っていましたが酷すぎます。本当に最悪です。

追記　バックアップデータを昨年12月にとっていたのでデータの復元ボタンから復元させましたが、すぐにまたデータがリセットされてしまい0になる事を7/27 11時台に確認。これでは意味がありませんね。7/28 バージョン4.8でも復旧できずもはや絶望的。データ復旧のアップデート後に復元できた方はいるのでしょうか？私は無理でした。

長年便利に利用していましたが、バージョン4.6にアップデート後、保存していたパスワードがすべて表示されなくなりました。

レガシーデータレスキューも試しましたが復旧しません。サポートへ問い合わせ中ですが、現時点では改善していません。
