IKI sauna heaters are built in Finland, hand-made from stainless steel and other high-quality materials that meet the most demanding standards creating the most memorable sauna-bathing experience. With IKI mobile app you can heat your sauna comfortably from wherever you are. Whether you are at the end of a long workday, coming home from a trip or going out for a run, with a couple of clicks on your phone you can have a hot sauna waiting for you when you get home. Recent updates have helped some issues, like the overall interface controls; but hurt the reliability of the app. Over half of the time I schedule a session to start, or start a session from the app, the sauna never actually turns on. I then go to the control panel itself and it turns on just fine. Why do I have to name each session? Why is that a required field? I’m just running my sauna from home. I’m not booking sessions for customers. This is just annoying. ### 1/5 — Logged me out *2024-08-04* Logged me out randomly. Password reset didn’t work.
