I just lost all my calls and records for hours and so forth. As a pioneer I relied on this app a lot. Just wish I could get back the info.☹️ ### 3/5 — Mostly happy *2018-03-02, version 3.4.0* I have been very happy with this app but recently I'm disappointed. If you don't send your report exactly on the last day of the month, you cannot send it. The information is still there in the activities calendar, but you can't send it anymore. Then you have to manually figure out your Studies. But recently the mapping doesn't allow me to add new calls to the map which puts a damper on seeing if i have any calls nearby. Please fix soon. Manually entered address and checked map, pin drop was placed opposite side of globe in middle of ocean. Three test RV with diff address and all needed up in same place as described. I have not had the patience to wait for it to finish.) I think everything else about it looks good. It's got a nice modern appearance and features. But if I'm going to pay money for an app, the map feature should work better than my other field service app that I downloaded for free! I used it all throughout pioneering. I love how in the rural area, I can more the area even when i did not have an address. I don’t know what I would do without this. I am waiting for more updates, maybe a link to territory assistant. I added mine up according to the totals at the end of the month plus when I have down in the current month and the app is just slightly under for some reason. I even convinced others to switch over to using this. However, I'm highly disappointed that there is no communication regarding updating to the new reporting format. Thanks so much! ### 5/5 — My preferred service app *2016-01-28, version 3.1.1* Developing Brothers/Sisters, Thank you for such a helpful app, PLEASE DONT GIVE UP ON IT! I have recently received an iPad, so I considered switching service apps, as I had been using it on my phone. I downloaded every one I could find and attempted to add my service hours to test them out. After everything, I keep coming back to iKnock, it is very user friendly in comparison. And there are features that other DONT have that I have really come to love, such as a feature to let you know if you have recorded a placement with a RV and forgotten to tally time for that day. It helps you not miss out on time you spend in the ministry. That said, please add a column for recording videos like our updated time slips! My kids are very excited that this can be counted now, and we'd love a way to keep track of it.
