There's plenty of branching menus that feel messy in the way they're organized -- finding whatever you're looking for is usually troublesome. Furthermore, there's no way to manage notifications - the important ones are mixed in with spam offers. You can either bear with them or turn them off completely. It's counterintuitive. There's offer everywhere, and user's movements are tracked. Regarding debit card designs (which may or may not be tied to the app itself): sadly, there's not many viable (non-ugly) options to choose from. ### 1/5 — Aktualizacja niemożliwa *2026-03-03, version 3.169.24* To jest dobra apka - kiedy działa, ale ja się meczę, żeby zmienić nr telefonu, bo mój iPhone jest już dla Was za stary i gdy próbuje zaktualizować apkę to po prostu nie mam opcji pobrania innej. Besides 5% commission on top of spending abroad, this bank doesn’t see changes in the world that change the FinTech industry. Instead of embracing new world, they keep thinking that new banks like Revolut, NeoBank will never entice their customers. But now more Europeans USE other apps like Revolut, since Pko ONLY charges fees, keeping the bar low. ### 1/5 — Outdated *2026-02-17, version 3.179.34* The application is extremely outdated and lacks lots of functionality that is must have for all banking apps. It the logic as well. For example you can’t see the stats for the expanses, where they go, how much you spend. Also they have functionality for savings that doesn’t work properly as when you allocate money it doesn’t go from your account to savings. The most important it’s all not bugs they just live in 2010 or so as well as the app. ### 2/5 — Make IKO great again *2026-01-30, version 3.178.34* Lack of smart expenses sorting, monthly summarries/ budget trackers. World has moved forward. Also Apple pay payments go to blocked balance, then are processed extra slow and put in transaction history not with the actual transaction date, but rather with a „random” date when it was finally removed from blocked balance and processed by the bank. This makes it hard to find anything, and is misleading. ### 2/5 — Gdyby nie selfie do potwierdzenia przelewu to całkiem spoko. *2026-01-29, version 3.178.34* Nowe zmiany mianowicie potwierdzanie tożsamości metodą selfie to nic innego jak milowy krok w kierunku inwigilacji. Dlaczego bank nie daje możliwości potwierdzenia przelewu np kluczem U2F. Moje hasło ma więcej znaków i aplikacji wywala błąd że hasło za długie . The app says that requests are usually answered within 6 hours, or within 24 hours in some cases. Tłumacza to wymogami bezpieczeństwa, czyli faceID lub touchID jest słabszym zabezpieczeniem niz logowanie się na stronie iPKO ????!! Żenada, trzeba zmienić będzie bank na taki który szanuje wszystkich klientów. ### 1/5 — nie mogę korzystać z aplikacj *2026-04-14, version 3.180.28* Niestety od jakiegoś czasu nie mogę korzystać z aplikacji – przy próbie uruchomienia zmuszają mnie do zaktualizowania apki, która wymaga iOS 17. Mój telefon to iPhone X, który nie może zostać zaktualizowany do tej wersji, ponieważ Apple nie udostępniło dla niego tej aktualizacji.
