It never updates unless prompted too. It does not give correct information regarding trip’s taken. Don’t let your dealer rip you off about how good of a product it is because it isn’t worth a nickel. In the last 6 months when I tap the refresh link it just spins and never updates the vehicle location so it’s useless at this point…unless I want to know where my car was 142 days ago. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-06-20, version 3.4.2* Purchased a vehicle from the dealer. Forced to buy the tracker since it was already installed. The day we took possession, Ikon stopped tracking and indicated a low battery. Had no issues with the battery, but got it replaced with a new one. Had the module replaced with a new one. I never wanted it to begin with but when I bought a new car, the dealer would not take it off - something about how it was already installed. Whatever. So, I have a three year contract with an app I don’t want for about $275 a year and I might as well try it out, right? Can’t locate my car, unable to set any sort of speed limit notifications, or do much of anything. I have ZERO confidence that this app would help if my car is stolen. Please fix this! ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-05-01, version 3.8.5* This app is horrible. When I try to log in, it fails every single time. Unless I do a complete reboot of my phone. If you do not reboot your phone, it will take up to minute to log in, and tell you that there is no vehicle connected to this account. I recently updated the app, hoping that it would correct the issue. Instead, it removed the ability to lock the geo location of my vehicle. This feature just disappeared. Complete trash ### 1/5 — Stay Away *2026-04-10, version 3.8.0* I have had issues with this app for so long and I’m just now figuring out this app will only work for me when I am on Wi-Fi. This has nothing to do on my end, new phone, updated software, updated app, this is completely on the makers of this app. My car was stolen and when I was at home, I could tell where it was, but when they are door dashing and changing locations every five minutes, all I could do is stop at random restaurants that I knew had Wi-Fi get on the app, open and close it till it decided to work and then see they were already gone. This was an add on at the dealership which has already been paid for and still thinking of moving over to a paid subscription and throwing this one away. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-03-15* Absolute trash. First of all this app it’s so unreliable. Sometimes the app loads sometimes it doesn’t. The lock feature doesn’t work. I lock it and it’s supposed to send me a notification when the vehicle moves but see that’s the problem, it doesn’t….and whenever I do move and go somewhere else it takes hours for the location to update. If someone steals my truck I’m basically screwed because I won’t know its location for a few hours. I hate this app and tracker.
