Unfortunately, having installed the update, it has lost my login and reservation details. When I tried to login again today, the App just hangs with the Ikos logo flashing. Your app is letting you down, a truly 1 star experience for a 5 star hotel chain. Please do better! ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-05-07, version 4.5.9* Deary me. It has proved useless. None of the restaurant bookings worked and we’ve ended up having to email the hotel to book them. The booking system for the activities is also terrible, surely once you’re logged in they should have your details? Apparently not, for each individual activity you have to fill out a long form with all your details (why do you need to know nationality to book a Pilates session?). For a hotel as high end and expensive as Ikos it is a massive red flag that the app is so awful and frustrating. ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2024-08-09, version 4.4.4* App keeps crashing. When it does let you in it can’t show reservations or restaurant reservations. We’re staying here currently and the app’s functionality is pretty much non-existent. The menus are not up-to-date, so you arrive at the restaurant and find that the thing you wanted isn’t on there. Plus, instead of building in e-concierge and ordering for example room service and poolside snacks to this app, you have to scan a separate QR code in your room for room service and order with a waiter at the pool (and wait an INORDINATE amount of time for your drinks). They could have done so much more with this app by building in that functionality but they just haven’t bothered and instead it’s basically just an ad for the various hotels’ features. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2026-03-09, version 4.7.5* The app is useless, I am unable to login to make reservations. Given this is supposed to be a premium hotel and experience, and the importance of booking reservations in advance the app is disappointing. The restaurant booking system is awful and normally results in no availability. Please do better, use some of the 15k I gave you for 10 days holiday x ### 1/5 — What a terrible app! *2025-05-27, version 4.6.2* Given how easy it is to create apps these days, and how premium the hotel is - I am so confused why they haven’t invested more in this. They’d save so much concierge and receptionists time if you could do it on the app! Some points: the map is TERRIBLE and so unhelpful. Booking fitness classes is so annoying - why when I click “book” does it take me to a list of all activities including paid ones, and I have to scroll down each time. Many gym classes not even on there. Cancellations not properly shown. They really made my husband’s birthday super special. We had a fantastic time, already looking at booking next year!! ### 5/5 — Exceptional Ikos *2025-10-01, version 4.7.1* Our visit time to Ikos at Porto Petra and we have been completely blown away by everything. The standards and service are another level. Can’t speak more highly of the staff who are all incredible and really do make your stay even more special. We still have a full day left in this wonderful result and making every moment count. We will definitely be returning and have already told all our family and friends how incredible this place is! The staff are second to none nothing is too much trouble. I recently stayed at Oceania and I left something in the safe. I rang the next day and spoke with Vangelis who was immediately on the case I received my item in 3 days what excellent service. Bravo to everyone who works at Ikos. Most importantly, PLEASE REMOVE THE PAGE TURN SOUND EFFECT WHEN VIEWING THE MENUS.
