## What is IKSARA by Aniston?

IKSARA puts your camera fleet in your pocket.

Built for the engineers and supervisors who keep CCTV running across sites and zones, the app gives you the same monitoring data as the control-room console, shaped for a phone and for the field.

See what is broken, now
Fleet health at a glance: how many cameras are online, degraded, or down, and which zones need attention. Tap any figure to jump straight to the cameras behind it.

Work the incident queue
Every camera fault raises an incident. The Inbox shows only what still needs a human. Swipe to acknowledge, open one to see the diagnosis, the site, the history and the SLA position, then move it through investigation to resolution with a documented root cause.

Watch the camera
Live view of any camera, or the most recent stored snapshot when you are on a slow connection. Pan, tilt and zoom supported cameras directly from the phone.

Find any camera
Search the whole fleet by name, code or site. Open a camera to see its health history and its position on the map — useful when you are standing in the street trying to work out which pole it is on.

Made for the field
Zone-scoped access means people see exactly the sites they are responsible for and nothing else. All times are shown in IST. Camera credentials are encrypted at rest and are never shown in the app.

IKSARA is the mobile client for Aniston VMS and requires an account on your organisation's deployment. It is not a standalone product and does not work without one.
