Die UX ist nicht gut, habe aber schon schlechteres gesehen. Der Absturz der App im Bestellprozess ist aber ein No-Go. Und den versprochenen Rabatt habe ich auch nicht bekommen.

Zum Prozess: Ich lege einen Account an ohne Adresse und brauche keine Telefonnummer. Keine Integration mit dem iPhone Passwortmanager zur Generierung und Speicherung eines sicheren Passworts. Keine Integration von Single-Sign-On-Diensten.
Dann muss ich eine Adresse anlegen und benötige eine Telefonnummer. Dann ist mir die App abgestürzt und meine Bestellung war. Noch mal zusammen geklickt und weiter gemacht. Obwohl ich bei der Adresse bereits eine Nummer hinterlegt hatte, musste ich im Checkout noch mal eine Telefonnummer angeben. Die Adresse mit Nummer wird zwar gespeichert, aber bei jeder Bestellung muss ich erneut eine Telefonnummer eingeben. Wieso?
Bestellung abgeschickt und fertig? NEIN! Ich musste auf der letzten Seite warten, bis das Restaurant die Bestellung bestätigt. Ich wollte den Dialog schließen, weil ich dachte das wäre eine Info und ich bekomme eine Notification, E-Mail oder SMS, stattdessen bekam ich eine Warnung ob ich wirklich die Bestellung abbrechen und nicht warten wolle. Ernsthaft?
Die App bietet als App keinen Mehrwert gegenüber dem Webshop.

Unabhängig davon, finde ich es skrupellos einem kleinen Restaurant eine App aufzuschwatzen. Das ergibt keinen Sinn und macht man nur, wenn man unbedingt eine App verkaufen möchte. Eine PWA, wie sie mittlerweile auf der Webseite ist, ist 1000x sinnvoller und zum Glück funktioniert der gleiche Login, wobei hier der anonyme Checkout (Bestellen ohne Registrierung) fehlt. Das schreckt viele ab und sie greifen wieder zur Lieferando-App.
