I deleted and reinstalled to make sure… but my sign on and password do not work. If I do the reset password, the email from Abenity shows up and it lets me in, no problems. If I log out and try to use the same sign in/PW as I just created, it says invalid user name and PW. I have asked for an email link to sign in without a password, but the email isn’t received. In addition, the main screen doesn’t open up all the way to allow me to type in User name and PW. I have an IPhone with updated IOS. Sorry!! I like the app for the benefits it provides!
