Scam and unprofessional bank. Suitable only for children. Do not use for serious money, this is not a real bank. The service centre has reset it several times and now tell me I have to visit their branch to open an account. 🤣 For a bank whose selling point is being online this is not the best start. Now the experience is not improving to keep up with the global standard. Even for something as simple as a credit card payment, the app does not show you whether you have made the monthly payment or not. You have to go into the transactions and find out yourself. When you have a payment due you have to go to the pdf statement to find out when the payment is due. That’s not the best UX if you ask me. The last one is when you transfer money you have to manually refresh the app to use your money. Doesn’t the app know you’ve just transferred money and that it should update itself. Seems like you haven’t figured out how to do that on the fly. I am talking about transfers internal to ila.
